Follansbee Flood Relief

Follansbee was hit with bad flooding Saturday evening. Our worship today was limited to prayer and preparation to serve emergency service workers. We offer food, refreshments, air conditioning, toilets, cellphone charging, coffee, and rest. The City accepted our offer to stay open until evening. On Monday, the National Guard is coming in to help the City. They asked us to be here to serve lunch and dinner daily through the end of the week. Other churches are helping  us with cooking and food. Follansbee Presbyterian Church had ankle-deep water in the basement with some property and carpets damage but no safety issues. We are blessed. God is good. Your prayers always help.
